You can apply for practicing lawyer with legal qualification certificate. Prosecutors and judges are not allowed to leave their posts or can apply for practicing as lawyers, and the procuratorates and courts are transferred to other units. Transfer out unless you go to the Legal Aid Center of the Justice Bureau to practice as a public lawyer. Other units are not allowed. Because the "Lawyers Law" clearly stipulates that those who do not meet the requirements shall not engage in lawyer practice.
