The unit that has been sentenced to reeducation through labor, public surveillance, criminal detention and fixed-term imprisonment is suspended, and after the execution of the penalty expires, the unit receives the distribution and is still under the management of civil servants or refers to the management of civil servants. On the basis of the newly determined job reform, the level salary will be reduced by one level, and then reduced by one level after the corresponding level salary standard of the nearby lower-level personnel. If the level reform is the lowest level of this post, two levels of salary will be reduced on the basis of the level salary determined by the reform, and the level salary will be below the third level. (7) if the basic salary of a civil servant who has obtained a higher education recognized by the state is lower than that of a newly recruited civil servant with the same education, the salary of a newly recruited civil servant with the same education shall be implemented.

(8) after the reform of the wage system, civil servants cannot be counted as the assessment years of normal promotion level and salary level, and government workers cannot be counted as the assessment years of normal promotion level and salary level.

(9) Some specific problems.

5. As of June 3, 26, the retirement expenses of those who should go through the retirement formalities according to the regulations will be increased according to the retirees, except those who are retained with the approval of the organization.
