There are two kinds of divorce, divorce by agreement and divorce by litigation. Divorce by agreement: As long as both parties are willing, they can get a divorce certificate at the registration authority without bringing relevant formalities and certificates. Litigation divorce is a form of suing the court for divorce when one party does not agree to divorce or the two parties fail to reach an agreement.
