Article 24 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): (1) Having been subjected to criminal punishment for a crime; (2) Being expelled from public office; (three) there are other circumstances in which the law stipulates that it is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant. In addition to the "Regulations on the Inspection of Civil Servants", one of the following circumstances may not apply for the people's police: (1) Having been criminally punished; (two) the criminal suspect has not been identified or is being investigated and controlled by the political and legal organs; (3) Being expelled from public office; (four) lineal blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on themselves have been sentenced to death or are serving sentences; (five) lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves are engaged in political activities in China at home and abroad; (six) other circumstances that are not suitable for the people's police.
Article 14 of "18 certificate issued by a non-public security organ" is the internal knowledge of the public security organ.
