Can I not sign for the lawyer's letter?

You can refuse to sign a lawyer's letter. The lawyer's letter only tells the legal professionals entrusted by the other party that they can handle conflicts through legal means and refuse to sign. The essence of lawyer's letter is a legal act of entrusting an agent to express his will, which plays an important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. However, the lawyer's letter is not really effective and needs the approval of the court. If the court does not recognize it, it is invalid. The lawyer's letter must be signed and sealed by the lawyer, and the representative shall bear legal responsibility for the letter; Otherwise, it is forged. In case of threats, intimidation, losses, etc. , you can report the case to the public security organ and investigate the responsibility of the client and lawyer.
