Will the court arrange it without a lawyer?

Legal analysis: the court will not arrange lawyers. Lawyers appointed by ordinary courts are all aimed at criminal cases. For example, if the defendant is a minor or a party to a criminal case who may be sentenced to death, the court will notify the legal aid department to appoint a lawyer.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Legal Aid Law, lawyers shall perform their legal aid obligations in accordance with the Lawyers Law and these Regulations, provide legal services that meet the standards for the recipients, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the recipients according to law, and accept the supervision of the lawyers' association and the judicial administrative department.
