(2) Practical operation
The post practice of funeral frontline staff (hereinafter referred to as "practical exercise") includes a preliminary understanding and familiarity with the working environment and work content, which lasts for half a day. Full score of practical operation 100, and qualified score of 60. Actual location: in the district funeral home, the actual time will be announced separately.
(3) Interview
According to the written test results, the positions of clerk and funeral front-line staff are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high to low. The scores of passing the written test and practical operation are 60 points respectively, and those who fail are not allowed to enter the interview. If the qualified candidates do not reach the specified proportion, the interviewer shall be determined according to the number of qualified candidates. The interview was conducted in a structured way, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
(4) Determination of candidates for medical examination
At the end of the interview, the clerk's post will be combined with the total test score according to the ratio of written test score to interview score of 4: 6, and the funeral frontline staff's post will be combined with the total test score according to the ratio of actual operation score to interview score of 4: 6. The qualified score of the total score of the exam is defined as 60 points, and the total score is accurate to 2 decimal places. According to the application conditions, qualified applicants can add points in the total score appropriately. Among them, those who apply for clerical positions and hold professional qualification certificates of social workers can add 5 points; Those who apply for the position of funeral front-line staff can get 5 points for holding a diploma in funeral major, 2 points for holding a driver's license above C, and 2 points for holding an electrician's certificate. The above three items can be accumulated.
Finally, according to the order of the total score, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position.
(5) Physical examination
The physical examination work is organized and arranged by the district funeral home recruitment working group. The expenses incurred by the medical examination shall be borne by the candidates themselves. The medical examination time will be announced separately.
(6) Supplementary funds
Candidates who fail to pass the physical examination or voluntarily give up their posts can be replenished from those who have passed the total score from high to low.

1. The personnel to be employed who pass the physical examination must be discussed and approved by the recruitment working group of the district funeral home, and political examination shall be conducted.
