Gao Yifei, born in Taojiang, Hunan, male, was born in 1965. Professor, doctoral supervisor and postdoctoral supervisor of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, director of china law society Criminal Procedure Law Research Association, practicing lawyer. From August 2003 to August 2004, he served as Assistant Procurator-General of Yubei District People's Procuratorate in Chongqing. From February 2004 to February 2005, he was engaged in postdoctoral research at the US-China Cooperation Center of the University of Denver.
