1, the longer the bail is delayed, it doesn't mean anything, and the court will still make a judgment according to law. Article 68
When people's courts, people's procuratorates and public security organs decide to release a criminal suspect or defendant on bail pending trial, they shall order the criminal suspect or defendant to put forward a guarantor or pay a deposit.
Second, can bail pending trial explain that it is not serious?
Bail pending trial is not necessarily that the problem is not serious, but that there is no real danger. At the same time, bail pending trial does not mean that criminal responsibility will not be investigated. There is sufficient evidence to sentence the defendant to actual punishment when the court session expires. After the bail pending trial, the court will hold a hearing in two months. Being released on bail pending trial does not mean that the situation is not serious, but the chances of applying for probation are still relatively large.
