The labor law stipulates that employees must resign three days in advance during the probation period and submit a written resignation letter 30 days in advance after the probation period. If an employee resigns without submitting a resignation letter in advance, the company may consider him to have left without authorization and can only treat him as absenteeism and deduct his absenteeism wages. However, workers do not have to pay compensation. "Articles 22 to 25 The training service period can be stipulated in the contract; liquidated damages can be stipulated in the non-competition agreement; except for the above two situations, the employer shall not agree with the employee that the employee shall bear Liquidated damages.
