When is the Zhou Bing system in Baiyuntang?

Baiyuntang system was made by Baiyuntang craftsman Zhou in Meiji period of Japan. The earliest porcelain in China appeared in the middle of Shang Dynasty in16th century BC, so if the Zhou Bing series of Baiyuntang is Chinese porcelain, it should appear after the middle of Shang Dynasty, that is, after16th century BC. However, I am not sure whether this inscription is the creation age of a specific Japanese porcelain manufacturer, Baiyuntang Kato Zhou.
