General application conditions
Persons who meet the following conditions may take the national judicial examination:
(a) the nationality of China people;

(four) with legal professional knowledge or a bachelor's degree in law from a non-legal professional institution of higher learning;
(5) Good behavior.

(1) Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;
(2) Being expelled from public office by a state organ or having his lawyer's practice certificate and notarized practice certificate revoked;
(3) Those who are not allowed to sign up for the national judicial examination within two years, or are sentenced to life-long ban on signing up for the national judicial examination.

With Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning registered diploma (degree) certificate of personnel, diploma (degree) certificate must be certified by the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education, in line with the conditions for applying for academic qualifications (degrees), you can sign up for the national judicial examination.
