Legal basis: Article 28 (1) of the Lawyers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) accepts the entrustment of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations to serve as legal advisers; (two) to accept the entrustment of the parties in civil cases and administrative cases, to act as agents and to participate in litigation; (three) to accept the entrustment of criminal suspects and defendants in criminal cases or to accept the legal aid institutions to be appointed as defenders according to law. Accept the entrustment of the private prosecutor of a private prosecution case, the victim of a public prosecution case or their close relatives to participate in litigation (4) accept the entrustment, represent the complaints of various litigation cases (5) accept the entrustment, participate in mediation and arbitration activities (6) accept the entrustment, provide non-litigation legal services (7) answer legal advice, and write litigation documents and other documents related to legal affairs.
