On the afternoon of July 23, Beijing Miyun Public Security Bureau issued a notice saying that a criminal case occurred in Miyun District of Beijing at about 15 that day. A man stabbed five people with scissors in a mixing station in Jugezhuang Town and fled in a van. During the escape, 9 people were injured in Mixing Road (old road), 1 person died. After receiving the police, Miyun Branch organized the police to rush to the scene, and the injured have been properly treated. According to the police report, the suspect fled to Mixing Road in a van after the incident. After driving eastward for about 1 km, nine people were injured and 1 person died at the section from Jiuyuzhuang to Kanggezhuang of Miyun Road, with a total length of about 2 km. The incident occurred at the junction of Miyun and Xinglong County in Chengde, Hebei Province, about 25 kilometers east along Mixing Road. The suspect started all the way to the east, or intentionally fled to Hebei.
