According to the Judges Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Procurator Law of the People's Republic of China, the Lawyer Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Notarization Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as the Judges Law, the Procurator Law, the Lawyer Law and the Notarization Law respectively), there are now six cities (states) including Chengdu, Deyang, Mianyang, Guangyuan, Ya 'an and Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture.
I. Registration
(1) Registration conditions.
1. meets the requirements of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination and the Announcement of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China (No.75).
2. The following people can sign up for the postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas:
(1)6 city (state) household registration personnel;
(2) Persons whose household registration is not in six cities (states) but who worked and studied in six cities (states) before May 12, 2008;
3. Those who have signed up for the judicial examination organized by the whole country in 2008 may not sign up for the postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas again.
(2) Registration method, time and place.
1. On-site registration is implemented for the postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas, and online forecast names and admission tickets are not implemented.
2. On-site registration time is1October 8 10 to June 5 10. Applicants can register at the registration point of the judicial administrative organ of the city (state) where the household registration is located within the above period.
(3) application materials. The applicant shall submit the following materials when registering:
1. Original and photocopy of my valid ID card (resident ID card, military officer's card and soldier's card); Six city (state) household registration personnel are required to provide the original and photocopy of the household registration certificate (printed version).
Persons whose household registration is not in the above six cities (states), but who work and study in the above areas, must provide certificates issued by their work units and learning institutions (format certificates can be downloaded from the website of Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice).
2. The original and photocopy of my diploma.
Undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2009 can register with the certificate issued by their institutions (the format certificate can be downloaded from the website of Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice).
When applying for registration, those who hold graduation certificates (degrees) from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning shall also submit the certification of graduation certificates (degrees) issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
3. Applicants with household registration in areas with relaxed registration qualifications must submit a copy of the household registration certificate (printed version); The household registration code filled in the registration form should be consistent with the household registration place.
4. Applicants should pay the registration fee when registering.
If the above application materials are true and complete and meet the registration requirements, the judicial administrative organ at the place of registration shall issue an admission ticket.
Second, the exam.
(1) Examination time. The examination time in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas is 165438+ 10/5, 16. Specifically:
Test paper 1: 1 15 10 08: 30 am-1:30 am, and the examination time is 180 minutes.
Test paper 2: 165438+ 10/5 pm 14: 00- 17: 00, test time 180 minutes.

Test paper 4: 165438+ 10/6 pm 14: 00- 17: 30, and the test time is 2 10 minutes.
(2) Contents, methods and subjects of the examination.
The examination contents include: theoretical law, applied law, current legal provisions, legal practice and legal professional ethics.
The postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas adopts a closed-book written examination. The exam is divided into four volumes, each volume 150, with a total score of 600. Test paper 1, test paper 2 and test paper 3 are machine-readable multiple-choice questions, and test paper 4 is written example (case) analysis questions. The specific theme of each volume is:
Test paper 1: Comprehensive knowledge. Including jurisprudence, legal history, constitution, economic law, international law, private international law, international economic law, judicial system and legal professional ethics;
Examination Paper 2: Criminal and Administrative Legal System. Including: criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative law and administrative procedure law;
Examination paper 3: Civil and commercial legal system. Including: civil law, commercial law, civil procedure law (including arbitration system);
Test paper 4: Example (case) analysis. Including jurisprudence, constitutional law, administrative law and administrative procedure law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, civil law, commercial law and civil procedure law.
The examination papers for postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas are printed in both Chinese and Tibetan languages.
(3) Examination discipline. Candidates should carefully read the Rules of the National Judicial Examination and the Measures for Handling Violations of the National Judicial Examination, consciously abide by the examination discipline and consciously maintain the order of the examination room.
(4) Objection to the reference answers to the questions. In order to ensure the fairness and justice of the national judicial examination and further increase the transparency of the national judicial examination, the Ministry of Justice will announce the examination questions to the public at 8: 00 am on1October17, and the reference answers to the examination questions will be announced at 8: 00 am on1October 165438+20. Candidates who have objections to the reference answers can log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice during the period of 1 1.20-22, and raise objections to the reference answers on the website "Reference Answers Objection Area of Sichuan Earthquake-stricken Area" and explain the reasons. The Ministry of Justice will organize a special person to collect and sort out the opinions put forward by all parties on the reference answers to test questions, and submit them to the "Expert Group for Examination of Reference Answers to Test Questions" for research and demonstration before the test papers are officially reviewed. The reference answer demonstrated by the Expert Group of Reference Answers to Test Questions is the basis of the test paper.
Third, examination results and qualification awards
After marking, the examination results will be announced by the National Judicial Examination Office of the Ministry of Justice.
According to the provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination, the qualified scores of the postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas were determined and published by the Ministry of Justice in the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate after the examination.
Those who pass the postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas will be awarded legal professional qualification certificates by the Ministry of Justice. Law graduates with household registration in areas where registration qualifications are relaxed, who register and take exams in non-relaxed areas or other relaxed areas, and whose test scores reach the qualified score line, shall apply for granting legal professional qualifications in the place where their household registration is located.
Undergraduate graduates in 2009 who have passed the postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas should apply to the judicial administrative organ at the place of registration for granting legal professional qualification before July 3, 2009/KLOC-0.
A person who has passed the examination and obtained a legal professional qualification certificate shall meet other conditions stipulated in the Judges Law, the Prosecutors Law, the Lawyers Law and the Notary Law when he is a judge or a prosecutor and applies for practicing as a lawyer.
Fourth, exam review and counseling
According to the provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination, the Ministry of Justice has formulated and published the outline of the National Judicial Examination in 2008, and those who sign up for the postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas can review and prepare for the exam according to the outline.
The Ministry of Justice does not hold pre-test training courses, nor does it entrust any unit with pre-test training and counseling.

Active servicemen stationed in six cities (prefectures) shall sign up for the postponed examination in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas, which shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army.
