The sentencing transcript requires the signature of the judge

I. The sentencing transcript is also one of the court transcripts;

II. The court transcript should be signed by the judge.

According to the provisions of Article 147 of the "Civil Procedure Law":

The clerk shall record all the contents of the trial activities in the transcript, which shall be signed by the judges and the clerk .

The transcript shall be read out in court, and the parties and other litigation participants may be notified to read it out in court or within five days.

If the parties and other litigation participants believe that there are omissions or errors in the statement transcripts, they have the right to apply for corrections. If no correction is applied for, it shall be recorded.

Court records shall be signed or sealed by the parties and other litigation participants. If someone refuses to sign or seal, the relevant circumstances will be recorded and attached to the file.
