Legal basis:

Article 6 of the Rules for Punishment of Members of People's Republic of China (PRC) Lawyers Association.

Members in any of the following circumstances shall be given a heavier punishment:

(a) refusing to implement the discipline of the Disciplinary Committee of the Lawyers Association;

(2) Causing serious consequences;

(three) to take revenge on the complainant and witness;

(4) Being subject to disciplinary or administrative punishment for violating laws and regulations;

(5) Having entered into an offensive and defensive alliance after the incident, or concealing evidence or obstructing the investigation.
