The brief introduction of its construction and development process is as follows: Guizhou University established a special law teaching laboratory as early as 1990, which was mainly composed of some teachers and professional experimental technicians with rich teaching experience and legal practice experience in the former law department of Guizhou University. The laboratory is located in the old law building of Huaxi North Campus of Guizhou University. It mainly provides investigation experiment courses and material evidence technology teaching for law students, and provides training places for students. In 2004, Guizhou University and Guizhou University of Technology merged to form a new Guizhou University. Make full use of the opportunity of the merger of the two universities, integrate and optimize the legal practice teachers, increase the implementation of hardware and equipment, establish the "Guizhou University Legal Experimental Training Teaching Center", with an investment of 1 10,000 yuan, and establish a modern comprehensive experimental site for law majors-mock trial, which provides students with better practical opportunities to get in touch with judicial practice and understand judicial procedures. Simulated trial practice teaching is of great significance for students to form a preliminary understanding of judicial activities and a perceptual understanding of trial procedures. To this end, the school listed "mock trial" as a training course for law majors, requiring every law undergraduate to attend at least one mock trial during their school days. In 2007, in accordance with the spirit of Opinions of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance on Implementing Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project (Jiaogao [2007] 1No.), in order to further strengthen the cultivation of students' knowledge application ability and innovative thinking ability, expand the influence of experimental teaching on law students, improve students' practical ability to solve problems, actively strive for school support, and continuously introduce high-level teachers to enrich the experimental teaching team; At the same time, the campus was relocated and the hardware facilities were expanded, with a building area of more than 500 square meters and nearly 300 pieces of experimental equipment worth more than 3 million yuan. In the same year, the center actively explored the effective ways and methods of legal practice teaching, and established the "Social Service Center of Law School of Guizhou University", which is a new teaching experimental institution to cope with the current difficulties in legal education in colleges and universities, and it is still an innovative attempt mode in China. The center is the "practice base of law teaching" in the school, and at the same time, it undertakes the systematic "clinical" practice function of law education for undergraduate and graduate students of law school around the professional essence and characteristics of contemporary law. Teachers and students of Guizhou University Law School can provide public welfare legal services, legal aid and legal support through the Social Service Center of Guizhou University Law School, and undertake the drafting of draft local regulations, draft local government regulations, normative documents and applied law research topics. It is the first case to set up a permanent institution by systematically combing the practice teaching links of law schools in western China, and it is also the first case in a national key comprehensive university under the "2 1 1 Project". At the same time, it is the general window for law school teachers and students to provide public welfare legal services, legal aid and legal support, and also the general platform for drafting local laws and regulations, local government regulations, normative documents and applied law research topics. Mock trial, Law School of Guizhou University, was completed when it merged with Guizhou University of Technology in 2004. It is used for case teaching of law teachers in various departments, as well as academic practice activities such as mock court hearings, debate contests and academic reports in the spare time of student associations or study groups. The court is located on the first floor of Shensi Building, designed and constructed according to the trial court norms formulated by the Supreme People's Court. Covering an area of 300 square meters, with 170 seats, including the trial area, the audit area and the terminal control area. In front of the trial area is the trial bench, which can seat five judges. On the left and right sides of the judge are the original dock, with the clerk and translator in the middle. In criminal trial, a criminal dock should be set up opposite the trial platform. The audience 170 seats are arranged in a ladder shape. The mock trial is equipped with modern multimedia facilities and computers, and a large number of simulated case materials are stored; Equipped with advanced projection equipment, documentary evidence, various litigation documents and physical evidence can be displayed; Equipped with microphone, mixer, power amplifier and TV monitoring system, it is convenient to record the trial.

One of the professional laboratories of the Forensic Medicine Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, with a laboratory area of more than 60 square meters, has 20 experimental teaching instruments and equipment, mainly biological microscopes and centrifuges. This laboratory undertakes the task of experimental teaching of forensic medicine for law undergraduates in the whole school. The experimental items provided by forensic physical evidence laboratory mainly include: blood pre-test, blood confirmation test, blood type test, hair test, etc. , but also undertake certain scientific research tasks and social service work.

Established in 2002, the Institute of Document Judicial Appraisal of Guizhou University is the first judicial appraisal institution approved by the Department of Justice of Guizhou Province to engage in document judicial appraisal business for the society. It is affiliated to the Criminal Investigation Laboratory (now a comprehensive laboratory) of the Law School of Guizhou University. It is mainly engaged in the inspection of documentary evidence and judicial expertise. It is the only judicial expertise institution in our province that specializes in the identification of documentary evidence. The Institute of Forensic Literature Appraisal of Guizhou University has advanced equipment, including imported literature retrieval instruments (made in Switzerland) worth several hundred thousand yuan, stereoscopic microscope with nearly one hundred thousand yuan, intelligent microscopic literature retrieval comprehensive analysis system and other advanced special literature retrieval equipment. Our firm has strong technical force and rich experience in handling cases. At present, there are 5 staff members in our institute, including 3 with senior titles (1 professor of criminal investigation, 1 professor of literature retrieval, 1 senior engineer of literature retrieval) and 2 with intermediate titles (2 engineers of literature retrieval). From June 5438 to 10, 2003, all the staff of our department passed the unified examination of the Ministry of Justice after training and obtained the practice certificate of judicial appraiser. From June 5, 2005 to February 2005, our laboratory was appraised by the Handwriting Appraisal Committee of the National Accreditation Committee of Chinese Laboratories, and the results were satisfactory.
