2. Full agency is not equal to full agency. Legally, agency refers to a legal act that has direct legal effect on the principal in the name of others within the scope of authorization.
First, the lawyer's fee has the following characteristics:
1. Lawyers shall collect fees uniformly in the name of law firms, and shall not collect attorney fees privately.
2. Lawyer's fees are different from the funds for handling cases, and the necessary expenses incurred by lawyers for handling entrusted affairs must still be borne by the client. Such as transportation, accommodation, and judicial expertise fees.
3. Attorney fees are different from legal fees. Lawyer's fee is a civil agency fee based on the entrustment relationship, and lawyer's fee is a compulsory fee based on bringing a lawsuit to the court. Lawyers' fees can be negotiated, but not legal fees.
Two, lawyers can engage in the following business:
(a) to accept the entrustment of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations as legal advisers;

(five) to accept the entrustment and participate in mediation and arbitration activities;

(seven) to answer questions about the law and write litigation documents and other documents related to legal affairs.
Three, the role of lawyers can be:

4. Accept the entrustment and represent the complaints of various litigation cases; Accept the entrustment and participate in mediation and arbitration activities.
5. Accept the entrustment and provide non-litigation legal services; Answer legal advice, write litigation documents and other documents related to legal affairs.
