Disciplinary actions taken by the Bar Association against members' violations include:

Admonishment is a warning disciplinary measure and the lightest disciplinary method, which is applicable to the case that a member violates the rules for the first time due to negligence or the circumstances of violation are obviously minor. Caution should be given orally or in writing. If a verbal warning is taken, a written record shall be made and filed.
(2) Warning
Warning is a light disciplinary measure, which is applicable to cases where members' behavior has constituted a violation of discipline, but the circumstances are light and should be corrected and warned in time.

Informed criticism, public condemnation is applicable to members who intentionally violate the rules, whose violations are serious, or who violate the rules again after being warned and admonished.
(5) Suspension of membership rights for more than one month but less than one year.
Suspension of membership rights for more than one month and less than one year means that during the suspension of membership rights, members are suspended from enjoying all the membership rights stipulated in the articles of association of the Bar Association, but they are not exempted from their obligations.

Except for oral admonition, other punishments must be decided in writing.
