(4) Good conduct;

(4) Providing false materials to apply for internship;

Article 10 The internship period of a trainee lawyer is one year. The internship period shall be counted from the date when the Lawyer's Practice Certificate is issued.
Article 11 A law firm shall appoint lawyers who meet the following conditions to guide trainee lawyers and report to the local lawyers association (branch) for the record:
(a) a full-time lawyer with a bachelor's degree or above, practicing for more than five years or a college degree or above, practicing for more than eight years, and having certain business research and guidance capabilities;
(2) Having good ideological and moral character, professional ethics and professional quality;
(3) Willing to be a guiding lawyer and having a sense of responsibility;
(4) It has not been subjected to administrative punishment by judicial administrative organs or disciplinary action by lawyers' associations.
Article 12 A guiding lawyer shall not guide more than three trainee lawyers at the same time.
Article 13 A trainee lawyer shall abide by the lawyer's professional ethics and practice discipline during his internship and shall not engage in the following activities:
(1) Undertaking lawyer business independently as a lawyer;
(2) signing an agency agreement or a legal consultant agreement as a lawyer and issuing legal documents to the outside world;
(3) Printing business cards and related materials in the name of lawyers;
(4) soliciting business in the name of a lawyer;
(five) do not obey the guidance, supervision and management of law firms and lawyers;
(6) Interrupting internship activities without authorization;
(7) Lending, leasing, mortgaging, transferring, altering or intentionally damaging the lawyer's practice certificate;

Article 15 If an intern lawyer terminates his internship agreement without justifiable reasons, or his internship relationship is terminated by a law firm for violating the internship agreement, the law firm that accepts his internship shall report to the local lawyers' association (branch), and the lawyers' association (branch) shall confiscate his lawyer's internship certificate, and the internship that has been carried out shall be invalid.
Article 16 If a trainee lawyer interrupts his internship due to the failure of a law firm to fulfill the internship agreement, he may apply for an internship in another law firm within 30 days, and the internship has been effective.
Article 17 During the internship, a trainee lawyer shall participate in the pre-job professional training on professional ethics and practice discipline organized by the Lawyers Association of the autonomous region. Upon passing the examination, he shall be issued with the Certificate of Completion of Pre-job Training for Lawyers.
Article 18 A trainee lawyer who applies for a lawyer's practice license shall take a lawyer's practice oath.
