Yanghe New District is located in the southeast of Suqian City, with the latitude of 34 00 ′ ~ 3414 ′ and the longitude of16 ′ ~1816 ′. It is located in the Longhai Economic Belt and the coastal economic belt.
Yanghe New District has no hills and belongs to the Yellow River Flooding Area. The general terrain is high in the west and low in the east. The elevation of the lake bottom is between 18.0-2 1.0m, and the sediment entering the lake in the north and west is deposited by Yihe River and Zhong Canal.
Yanghe New District is adjacent to the ancient canal and the Yellow River, and Xuhuai and Xu Ning highways pass through it. Ningsu-Xu Su-Huaiyan Expressway runs through the east and west. 1996 After Suqian City established a prefecture-level city, Yanghe New District was under the jurisdiction of Siyang County, Suqian City.
