The other party is fully responsible for my lawyer. Who will pay the bill?

1. The attorney's fee shall be paid by the client unless the other party is willing to bear it. 2. The lawyer's fee is essentially the lawyer's service fee, and the lawyer serves the client. Therefore, the lawyer's fee should be paid by the client. The same is true for personal injury compensation in traffic accidents, and the lawyer's fee should also be paid by the client, not according to the accident liability. 3. Of course, since it is a traffic accident personal injury compensation case, it can be handled by the parties through consultation, and the lawyer's fee is also within the scope of negotiation. If the other party is willing to bear the attorney's fee of the client, the law has no objection. It should be noted that the other party is solely responsible for the accident and the economic loss of the victim. But the lawyer's fee is not the economic loss of the victim, but the lawyer's service fee paid by the victim to safeguard his legitimate rights and interests. In the absence of legal provisions, the person responsible for the accident cannot be forced to bear it.
