Meet the following conditions, you can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
(1) has China nationality;
(two) support the constitution of the people's Republic of China and enjoy the right to vote and stand for election;
(3) Having good political and professional qualities and moral conduct;
(4) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
(5) Full-time colleges and universities have bachelor degree or above in law, full-time colleges and universities have bachelor degree or above in law, master degree or above in law, full-time colleges and universities have bachelor degree or above in law, and have been engaged in legal work for three years.
A person who is under any of the following circumstances cannot sign up for the lawyer qualification examination and has gone through the registration formalities, and the registration is invalid:
(1) Having no or limited capacity for civil conduct;
(2) Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;
(3) Being expelled from public office;
(4) Being disqualified as a lawyer.
