The income composition of lawyers can be calculated in two ways: one is paid, the firm pays wages, and the lawyer is responsible for litigation; The other is that lawyers are not paid. In law firms, they rely on lawyers to find clients and make commissions according to their business. The legal staff of the company is also the most concentrated part of the employment of law graduates at present, mainly serving the legal affairs department, legal consulting department and intellectual property department of the enterprise. For example, major state-owned enterprises, banks, foreign enterprises and some large private enterprises will set up legal departments within the company to handle legal affairs involved in the enterprise. Some of them work in the legal affairs department of the government, but the general government departments have higher requirements for academic qualifications and work ability, which are beyond the reach of ordinary undergraduates.

Three main courses of law major during school.

The main courses that law students study at school include basic theory of law, constitutional law, civil law, civil procedure law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative procedure law, economic law, international law (public international law, private international law) and judicial pragmatism. Instead of reciting legal provisions, it is too low for college students. If you apply for a civil servant in the legal inspection system, the general requirement must be a bachelor degree or above in law. Law graduates can also apply for civil servants in other departments.
