The legal staff of the company is also the most concentrated part of the employment of law graduates at present, mainly serving the legal affairs department, legal consulting department and intellectual property department of the enterprise. For example, major state-owned enterprises, banks, foreign enterprises and some large private enterprises will set up legal departments within the company to handle legal affairs involved in the enterprise. Some of them work in the legal affairs department of the government, but the general government departments have higher requirements for academic qualifications and work ability, which are beyond the reach of ordinary undergraduates.

The main courses that law students study at school include basic theory of law, constitutional law, civil law, civil procedure law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative procedure law, economic law, international law (public international law, private international law) and judicial pragmatism.
