Who will pay the lawyer's fee for prosecuting the perpetrators?

Legal analysis: the lawyer's fee is paid by the party who invites the lawyer. However, in civil and commercial cases, when one party becomes the defendant, if a lawyer is hired to defend it, and the plaintiff wins the case (the law supports one party to repay the necessary expenses paid by the other party for the trial of the case), the plaintiff may be required to pay this fee.

Article 9 In trying civil cases, the people's courts shall conduct mediation on the basis of voluntariness and legality. If mediation fails, a judgment shall be made in time.

Article 10 When trying civil cases, the people's courts shall practise a system of collegiate bench, recusal, public trial and second instance as the final instance according to law.

Article 11 Citizens of all ethnic groups have the right to use their own spoken and written languages in civil proceedings. In areas where ethnic minorities live in compact communities or where many ethnic groups live together, the people's courts shall conduct trials and issue legal documents in the spoken and written languages commonly used by local ethnic groups. The people's court shall provide translators for participants in the proceedings who are not familiar with the spoken and written languages commonly used by local nationalities.

Article 12 When a people's court hears a civil case, the parties have the right to debate.

Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China

Article 52 Judges, prosecutors and investigators must, in accordance with legal procedures, collect all kinds of evidence that can prove the guilt or innocence of criminal suspects and defendants and the seriousness of crimes. It is strictly forbidden to extort confessions by torture and collect evidence by threats, enticements, deception or other illegal methods, and no one may be forced to prove his guilt.
