The employing unit shall pay the wages to the workers themselves. If the laborer is unable to receive wages for some reason, his relatives or others may entrust the payee to pay wages on his behalf. When paying wages, the employer shall provide the laborer with a list of his personal wages.

According to method A, the salary is 600/23 *19+600/20.92/8 *1.5 * 21= 608.58.
According to the method: the salary is 600-600/20.92 * 4+600/20.92/8 *1.5 * 21= 598.438+0.
According to method C, the salary is 600/20.92 *19+600/20.92/8 *1.5 * 21= 657.86.
It can be seen that if the same case adopts different salary calculation methods, its salary amount is very relevant;
Employment prospects of lawyers: Due to the different nature of cases, some lawyers may not charge guarantee service fees for those economic dispute cases, but will charge corresponding service fees according to the amount of cases. For such cases, the lawyer received a lawsuit of 6,543,800 yuan, and the service fee charged by the lawyer was 5%. The lawyer's annual salary depends on the lawyer's own business ability to some extent, with a lower limit of 3,000-5,000 yuan and no upper limit. The prospect is really hard to say. But you need to reach an understanding with your family, that is, a judge can't do what you want, but you can do it if you want. Under the background of the post system, you need to be a judge's assistant for n years, and it is conservatively estimated that it will be more than 5 years. The specific length depends on the level of the court, the number of cases (now the staffing is unified and standardized in the whole province, and the courts with few cases can hardly get new staffing) and your personal performance.
