Hezhuang Village is located at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain in the northwest of Gaocun Township, adjacent to Zhuangmo Town, Xinzhou City. The village committee consists of four natural villages: Hezhuang Village, Fenghuang Village, Zhuwang Village and Yaoxi Village. There are 292 households in the village, with a total population of 645 and a total land area of 4,558 mu, including returning farmland to forests 1.860 mu and cultivated land of 2,698 mu. North Tongpu Railway and county road Masan Highway pass through the village, and the traffic is very convenient. 90% of the villages have access to water, electricity, roads, cable TV and mobile phones.
Hezhuang Village is adjacent to Beishe Village, Xixingzhuang Village, Ma Po Village, Nanbai Village, Southwest Wa Village, Baibei Village, Wangwenling Village, Xinzhuang Village and Gaocun Village.
There are some tourist attractions near Hezhuang Village, such as Lianghongshan Battle Site, Beilie Sailin Temple, Qinglong Ancient Town, Wandering Temple, Yangqu Dawang Temple, and other specialties, such as Yangqu Xiaomi, Yangqu Xiaomi, Taiyuan Wujiapi, Yangqu Garlic and Baimazhang Xiaomi.
