2. Certificate review

(2) Interview method and content.

The interview adopts a hundred-point system, and the interview results adopt the "gymnastics scoring" method. The highest score and the lowest score are removed, and the average of the sum of other scores is used as the interview score, rounded to two decimal places.

(3) Group interview candidates.
The interviews will be divided into reasonable groups according to the number of candidates. Candidates applying for the same position are generally placed in the same interview group and have the same number of interviews.
