Article 13 The crime of one person, joint crime and other cases that need to be tried together, where one or one of the crimes is under the jurisdiction of the people's court at a higher level, the whole case shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court at a higher level.
Article 267 If a defendant commits two or more criminal acts, which belong to a case of public prosecution and a case of private prosecution respectively, the people's court may try them jointly. The provisions of this chapter apply to the trial of private prosecution cases.
