Article 17 The applicant and the employer shall ensure that the declared indicator information is true and accurate, and bear joint and several liability for the authenticity of the declared indicator information.
Applicants who provide false materials will be disqualified from applying for points settlement in the current year and the next five years; if they have obtained permanent residence in this city, the public security department will cancel their residence registration and move back to their previous place of residence in Beijing.
