The Procuratorate has several departments.

Handle relevant criminal complaint cases under the jurisdiction of the county-level People's Procuratorate.

(5) The third prosecutorial department. Responsible for the supervision of law enforcement activities such as detention centers and community correction institutions, supervision of criminal judgments, execution of rulings, execution of compulsory medical treatment, supervision of detention and case handling periods, and review of the necessity of detention. Handle criminal and criminal cases. Handle the investigation of criminal cases in which judicial staff assigned by the superior People's Procuratorate use their powers to infringe on citizens' rights and undermine judicial impartiality.

(6) The Fourth Procuratorate. Responsible for handling civil and administrative cases that apply for supervision by the People's Procuratorate at the county level, and undertaking legal supervision of civil and administrative litigation activities, execution activities and illegal acts of judges by the People's Court at the county level. Carry out civil support prosecution work. Undertake civil, administrative and other public interest litigation cases handled by the county-level People's Procuratorate in accordance with the law. Handle civil, administrative, and public interest litigation and appeal cases under the jurisdiction of the county-level People's Procuratorate.

(7) Fifth Procuratorate. Responsible for handling complaints and appeals. Undertake state compensation cases and state judicial relief cases. Handle the review, arrest and prosecution of crimes committed by minors and crimes against minors, carry out case filing supervision, investigation supervision, trial supervision and supplementary investigation of relevant cases, and carry out judicial protection and prevention of crimes committed by minors.

(8) Integrated Business Department. Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of legal policy research and judicial system reform. Review the normative documents related to business work issued by our hospital. Undertake the daily work of the procuratorial committee and expert consultation of this court. Responsible for the unified acceptance and circulation of cases, monitoring of case handling processes, supervision of property involved in the case, supervision of legal documents, and disclosure of case information. Unified organization of case quality assessment, business assessment and statistical analysis. Uniform reception of lawyers and litigants.
