Those who pass the national judicial examination and meet the conditions for granting qualifications will be granted legal professional qualifications and issued a legal professional qualification certificate by the Ministry of Justice. The application for the granting of legal professional qualifications and the issuance of certificates will be announced separately by the National Judicial Examination Office of the Ministry of Justice.
Those who apply for relaxed local policies when registering in places where registration qualifications are relaxed, and who can apply for a Class B or Class C legal professional qualification certificate after passing the examination, must apply for the granting of a legal professional qualification in the place of registration.

Test paper one: comprehensive knowledge. Including: socialist rule of law concept, jurisprudence, legal history, constitution, economic law, international law, private international law, international economic law, legal professional ethics and professional responsibility; exam time: 8:30-11:30.
Exam Paper 2: Criminal and Administrative Legal System. Including: Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Administrative Law, Administrative Procedure Law; Examination time: 14:00-17:00.
Exam Paper 3: Civil and Commercial Legal System. Including: civil law, commercial law, civil procedure law (including arbitration system); exam time: 8:30-11:30.
Exam Paper 4: Example (case) analysis, judicial documents and discussion. Including: subjects listed in Paper 1, 2 and 3. Exam time: 14:00-17:30.
