I, a young lawyer, stand here, behind me is the figure of 200,000 lawyers from China! I, a young lawyer, stand here, in front of me is the century-old glory of China lawyer!
After four years of college life, I have entered the hall of law because of my rich experience and boundless knowledge! Three years' experience as a lawyer, outstanding honesty and brave words have strengthened my belief in practicing!
Once upon a time, when I met with difficulties, I was not discouraged. I dare not be proud when I make achievements. I know that as a lawyer, only by being pragmatic and practical can we keep growing, and only by being professional and serious can we keep making progress! In my opinion, the growth of young lawyers not only needs the accumulation of professional knowledge and the improvement of practice skills, but also needs excellent professional ethics and integrity! We should not only try our best to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties in our work, but also shoulder the mission and responsibility entrusted to us by the times! At the same time, I also think that young lawyers should be half-hearted, not half-hearted!

I believe all the young lawyers and friends present here feel the same way! We graduated, and we got lost! We chose! We are in pain! But, "why do I often have tears in my eyes?" Because I love this job so much. " I'm not a lawyer. I've never felt the hardship and fatigue of a lawyer, but being a lawyer is not glamorous at all! But I always believe that if you are not afraid of the difficulty of the judicial examination, you should not be afraid of the embarrassment of entering the lawyer industry! Because: insist on realizing your dreams! Believe in the future!
We should also have a grateful heart! Young lawyers should grow up quickly! And growth can not be separated from the careful guidance of predecessors, can not be separated from the enthusiastic help of colleagues and peers. Therefore, only by following the footsteps of our predecessors can we make innovations! Only by inheriting the spirit of our predecessors can we go further! Colleagues and peers are more indispensable partners on our growth path. "Everyone picks up materials and the flame is high." Teamwork is the future development direction of the lawyer industry! We should also have a responsible heart! When I see the customers' expectant eyes, when I hold the customers' grateful hands, my understanding is: this is not just a profession, it contains more social responsibilities! When we provide legal services for NPC deputies and CPPCC members, when we participate in public interest litigation and provide social legal aid, my understanding is that this is not just a profession, it contains more times missions!
No regrets, no laziness! Since we have chosen this career, we will spend our best years with our customers and clients! We should stop complaining and wandering, we should love what we are doing, and we don't want awards!
