2, 2 minor injuries: only minor injuries, but it takes a few days to recover;
3, 3 minor injuries: minor injuries that require treatment for several days or weeks;
Grade 4 and 4 minor injuries: minor injuries requiring treatment for weeks or months;
Grade 5 and 5 minor injuries: the injuries are serious and need to be treated for months or years;
6, 6 minor injuries: the injury is serious and needs treatment for several years or life;
7, 7 minor injuries: serious injuries, long-term treatment or sequelae;
8, 8 minor injuries: serious injuries that require long-term treatment or leave serious sequelae;
9, 9 minor injuries: the injury is very serious, which may cause major sequelae or disability;
10 and 10 Minor injuries: The injuries are extremely serious and may lead to death.
Materials required for applying for work-related injury identification:
1, ID card (with account book but without ID card);
2. Certificate of entrustment (issued by law firm or traffic team);
3. Traffic accident certificate;
4, medical records, diagnosis, admission records, discharge summary;
5.x-rays, CT photos and report forms.

Article 234 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)
Whoever intentionally harms another person's body shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance.
Whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and causes serious injuries shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years; Whoever causes death or serious disability by particularly cruel means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.
