Educational requirements
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above in law or related majors in colleges and universities, or a junior college degree with legal expertise. Some regions and people can enjoy the relaxation policy.
Personality requirement
Candidates must have good conduct, which is the basic requirement for a person's moral quality.
Registration is not allowed.
Persons who have received criminal punishment for intentional crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office by state organs, those whose lawyer's practice license has been revoked, those who have been sentenced to two years' imprisonment and those who have been sentenced to life imprisonment cannot register for the national judicial examination.
A person who has obtained a certificate.
Those who have passed the national judicial examination and obtained the A-class legal professional qualification certificate, and those who have obtained the B-class legal professional qualification certificate but have not yet obtained the bachelor's degree or above in colleges and universities may not register for the national judicial examination again.
