Don: My son was born in April 1995. He has two spirals on his head, ears and double eyelids. We opened a small home appliance store in Hongkou District, Shanghai. When the children are hungry, he buys them eight-treasure porridge. When the children lost a shoe, he took them away. He looked relaxed when he said this in prison. I feel that he should like my child very much, and his eyes will glow when he speaks.
During the trial, Lu Moudong gave three locations for the whereabouts of the child. First, the child was sold by him to a boss in Liuzhou, Guangxi at a price of 1500 yuan. Second, the child was pushed into the river by him. Third, he left the child at Liuzhou Railway Station.

Red Star News: Recently, an account recorded the process of your live broadcast of Xunzi, and analyzed the queries one by one. Why did you choose to stand up and prove your innocence in front of the camera?
Tang: In recent years, I have been attacked by unknown people one after another, reporting my "fake child traffic" many times, and even publishing family information and other privacy online, and my family members have also been abused and harassed.
But along the way, I met more warmth. For example, my live broadcast manager, we don't know each other in reality, but they are all warm-hearted and good people. As long as I start broadcasting, they will keep watch and help count the clues provided by netizens.
The police in Guangxi and Shanghai also gave me great help. Every time I go to Lumou, my hometown in Luocheng, Guidong to inquire about the whereabouts of my child, the police officer Liang, who is in charge of my case, will accompany me dutifully and give me a lot of help, whether during working hours or after work hours. Recently, because I was looking for a child online, he was implicated in "cyber violence".
I said in the live broadcast room that for 23 years, we have tried our best to find children. I hope to stand higher and let the children see that we have taken 99 steps. According to a judgment dated 2065438+2002 from China Judgment Document Network, in 2000, the Hongkou District People's Court found Lu Moudong guilty of crime of trafficking in children, sentenced him to fixed-term imprisonment of 15 years and fined him 20,000 yuan. 20 1 1, the second branch of the Shanghai Municipal People's Procuratorate lodged a protest with the Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People's Court on the grounds that the original judgment was wrong and the sentence was extremely light.
The public prosecutor accused that after Lu Moudong took the child away, he repeatedly called the family of the child to ask for a ransom of 50,000 yuan, but the phone could not be opened for some reason; After being arrested, Lu Moudong confessed to pushing the child into the river, but so far no body has been found. Accordingly, criminal responsibility should be investigated for kidnapping.
The Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People's Court held through trial that the defendant Lu Moudong took Wang Lei, who was only four years old, away from his residence by illegal means for the purpose of extorting property, with the intention of extorting money from his parents, resulting in serious consequences that Wang Leyan's whereabouts are still unknown. The court found the defendant Lu Moudong guilty of kidnapping and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
According to China Judgment Document Network, Lu Moudong was rejected after his appeal and was sent to a prison in Qinghai Province in June 2065438+2004. 2065438+In May, 2005, the prison proposed to reduce the sentence. It is believed that the criminal Lu Moudong pleaded guilty and obeyed the law, observed the discipline of prison regulations, actively participated in productive labor, performed well in an all-round way, and did show repentance. He was praised twice by the prison. It is suggested that the punishment of criminal Lu Modong be reduced to 18 years in prison and deprived of political rights for 8 years.
The Higher People's Court of Qinghai Province held that Lu Moudong met the statutory conditions for commutation, but in view of the seriousness of his original crime, the range of commutation should be strictly controlled, and the commutation should be reduced to 19 years and five months in prison and deprived of political rights for nine years, with the remaining sentence ending on August 2, 20231day.

After the trial, Xining Intermediate People's Court held that the criminal Lu Modong was able to plead guilty, accept reform and actively participate in study and productive labor during his sentence. Finally, it was ruled that Lu Modong's sentence was reduced by nine months, and his sentence ended in 2022 1 1, and his deprivation of political rights remained unchanged for nine years.
According to a prison in Qinghai where Lu Modong served his sentence and Tang, the court did give Lu Modong two commutation sentences according to law, and Lu Modong was released from prison on June165438+1October 2 1 day. Therefore, Lu Modong can commute his sentence after meeting the relevant conditions for commutation during his sentence. "If there is evidence that Lu Moudong does not meet the conditions for commutation, the procuratorate can still continue to protest." An Zhijun introduced that although Lu Moudong has served his sentence for kidnapping, his child's whereabouts are still unknown because of him. Family members have the right to continue to look for him and find the whereabouts of the child, and he has the obligation to cooperate. "For safety reasons, family members can go with the police or other relevant personnel."
