1. Immediately report to Interpol Brigade that intentional injury constitutes disability. This is a criminal offence, not an ordinary civil dispute (it should not be handled by the local police station alone). The Interpol Brigade will cooperate with the procuratorate to handle the arrest and detention according to the procedures.
2. Give clear information to the case handlers-who will let this person go, will not stop there, and will sue the party.
3. Collect all kinds of evidence to prepare for the next stage of criminal incidental civil compensation litigation.
