Li's learning process

Since middle school, Li has had the desire to engage in social science research. It was also during this period that he began to realize the importance of independent thinking. 1979 After graduating from Lihe Senior High School in Nanyang County, he transferred to Nanyang No.1 Middle School and Nanyang No.1 Middle School's preparatory class to repeat classes. 1September, 1982, he entered Henan Political Science and Law Management Cadre School. At that time, domestic legal education was still in its infancy, and his two-year study in Henan Political and Legal Cadre School laid a preliminary but rare solid foundation for his future legal work and legal research.

1August, 984, I got the opportunity to work in the Judicial Bureau of Nanyang District Administrative Office, Henan Province. Originally, he wanted to be a public lawyer in the legal advisory office at that time, but because of the need of legal popularization activities, he was assigned to the mission department. At that time, the Missionary Section of the Justice Department sponsored a Nanyang Legal Newspaper, which had a great influence among the masses, so he was at ease as an editor there. He did a good job when he worked in Nanyang. He has been rated as an advanced worker for many times and won the Good Journalism Award in Henan Province and the Good Journalism Award in Nanyang Region. The work in this period laid a good foundation for him to understand the grass-roots society in China.

1990 In September, Li was admitted to the Law Department of Peking University, where he studied as a professor and studied for a master's degree in criminal law in criminology. Entering Peking University is the real beginning for him to enter the research field of criminal law. Choosing criminology is based on his previous intuitive feelings about crime. Therefore, from the beginning of his master's degree, he attached importance to the comprehensive analysis and judgment of criminal phenomena from the perspectives of sociology, psychology and law. Peking University's humanistic environment and academic atmosphere made him gradually step into the right path of criminal law and criminology research, which also determined his life-long research career in criminal law and criminology. 1993 after graduating from master Li, he continued to study under Professor Yang Chun in Beijing Normal University for a doctorate in criminal law. During this period, he was deeply influenced by the academic thoughts of many people in criminal law and humanities at Peking University. Through the study of criminal law, he realized the real significance of the study of criminal integration. By the time I graduated from/KLOC-0 in July, 1996, I had obtained the basic knowledge of criminal law, made some achievements in the research of basic theories of criminal law, and initially formed a systematic understanding of crime and punishment.

While studying in Peking University, under the careful guidance of professors Li, Kang Shuhua, Yang, Chu and Zhang Wen, the first batch of academic achievements were formed. Including participating in the writing of the monograph "Research on American Economic Crime and Economic Criminal Law" and winning the second prize of Beijing Social Science Outstanding Achievements1994; Participated in the compilation of the textbook "On Criminal Law in China" and won the second prize of the excellent textbook of the State Education Commission 1995. His doctoral thesis "On the View of Crime" aims to study the political, economic, cultural and other multiple conceptual foundations of crime and punishment, and to confirm the social comprehensive coping mechanism of crime, especially the deep background and connotation of criminal law mechanism. This article has been highly praised by academic authorities such as reviewers Gan, Professor, and Chairman of the Defense Committee.

1996 After graduation, Li went to work in Hainan and served as an associate professor, professor, vice president and director of the Institute of Legal Affairs of Hainan University. Working in Hainan is an important part of his personal experience and career. In this southern heat island far from the economic and cultural academic center, the carefree life of local people is in sharp contrast with the sense of responsibility to practice social undertakings. As a criminal law scholar, he devoted himself to serving legal education. On the one hand, he participated in many legislative and judicial practice activities in Hainan Province, on the other hand, he continued to make unremitting efforts in academic research. In Hainan University, through good cooperation and joint efforts with colleagues, I participated in the construction of Master of Litigation Law, Master of Law and Master of Law Education, and made my own contribution to the rise of law discipline in Hainan University. In social practice, he was a member of the Education, Science, Culture and Health Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Fourth People's Congress of Hainan Province, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the People's Procuratorate of Hainan Province, and a people's supervisor of the People's Procuratorate of Hainan Province. The honors obtained here include: the project report "Viewing the Historical Mission of SAR Legislation from the Basic Principles of SAR Legislation" won the special prize of outstanding research achievements of the Standing Committee of Hainan Provincial People's Congress in 2003; The monograph On the Concept of Crime won the second prize of Hainan University in 2002. The co-authored paper "On Legislative Perfection of Reeducation through Labor" won the third prize of "Excellent Papers of the Century in Hainan Cup (1984-1999)" by the Criminal Law Society of China Law Research Association. 1997 Senior social practice tutor of Hainan University; 1999, Hainan University "Most Popular Teacher" Award in 2000, 2005 and 2006; He has been rated as an advanced worker in colleges and universities for many times.
