How to bind a book

1. The book binding must be strong, neat and beautiful, using the three-hole and one-line binding method, with a length of 160 mm and knotting on the back.

When binding, the materials in the volume should be organized.

2. Clamp the right side of the scroll with a clip to fix the scroll material, and use an awl to drill three holes on the left side of the binding line of the scroll to mark it.

3. Fold the binding rope in half, make the two ends of the rope flush with the back of the roll, and insert it through the center hole of the roll. Note that the bundling rope should leave a certain length on the back of the roll to facilitate knotting.

4. Insert the two rope ends into the holes on both sides, and form a circle cross on the back of the binding rope.

5. Tighten the ropes at both ends so that the binding wire is tightly tied to the file, and then tie knots on the ropes at both ends.
