Regulations on the administration of detention centers
Article 11 When a detention center detains a detainee, it shall inspect the person and articles carried by the detainee. Non-daily necessities and cash of detainees are registered by the detention center and kept in a unified way. The contraband and other articles related to the case found in the inspection shall be handed over to the detention decision organ for handling according to law. The physical examination of female detainees shall be conducted by the female people's police.
Twenty-fifth detention centers guarantee the communication rights of detainees during their detention, and the communication between detainees and others is not subject to inspection or seizure. Detainees shall abide by the communication management regulations of detention centers.

Article 28 A prisoner in custody may, with the consent of the case-handling organ and the approval of the public security organ, communicate and meet with his near relatives.
Article 29 If a close relative of a criminal is seriously ill or dies, he shall promptly notify the criminal.
When a prisoner's spouse, parents or children are critically ill, except for those who are seriously ill, with the consent of the case-handling organ and the approval of the public security organ, prisoners are allowed to visit at home under strict supervision.
Article 30 prison guards must inspect articles given to prisoners by their close relatives.
Article 31 A detention center, entrusted by the case-handling organ, may inspect the letters sent and received by criminals. Anyone who is found to obstruct investigation, prosecution or trial may be detained and transferred to the case-handling organ for handling.

Article 49 Communications, calls and meetings between persons detained, detained for review, deported or deported by local administrative compulsory measures and others shall be approved by the detention decision-making organ. The detention decision organ shall give a reply within 12 hours after receiving the application.
Article 51 If a detainee needs to make a phone call, he shall apply to the police. After approval, I will use the fixed telephone in the detention center to make calls, and the call charges will be borne by me in principle. Detainees should abide by the management regulations of the detention center, generally not more than three times, each time not more than 10 minutes.
