The conditions for obtaining a lawyer's professional qualification certificate are as follows:
1, with China nationality;
2. Support the China People's Constitution and enjoy the right to vote and stand for election;
3. Have good political, professional quality and moral conduct;
4. Have full capacity for civil conduct;
5. Have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, a master's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, and have been engaged in legal work for three years.
Under any of the following circumstances, persons may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;
2. Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;
3. The legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;
4. You may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) within two years or you may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) for life;
5, due to serious dishonesty by the relevant state units identified as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty and included in the national credit information sharing platform;
6. Being banned from legal occupational therapy for life due to other circumstances.
7. In any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, if the registration formalities have been completed, the registration shall be invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.
To sum up, pass the judicial examination, obtain the legal professional qualification certificate, and apply for an internship in a law firm; After the internship expires, conduct internship assessment and submit relevant materials; Apply to the Judicial Bureau for practice and submit relevant materials; The department that accepts the application conducts the examination; If the applicant is approved to practice after examination, he shall issue a lawyer's practice certificate to the applicant; If it is not allowed to practice, it shall explain the reasons in writing to the applicant. Lawyers must pass the legal professional qualification examination and obtain the lawyer's practice certificate according to law before they can practice. According to the nature of work, lawyers can be divided into full-time lawyers and part-time lawyers; According to the scope of business, lawyers can be divided into civil lawyers, criminal lawyers and administrative lawyers; According to clients and working status, lawyers can be divided into social lawyers, corporate lawyers and public lawyers. Lawyer's business is mainly divided into litigation business and non-litigation business.

To apply for practicing as a lawyer, the following conditions shall be met:

The national unified judicial examination certificate and lawyer qualification certificate obtained before the implementation of the national unified legal professional qualification examination have the same effect as the national unified legal professional qualification certificate.
