Latest minor injury appraisal standard

Legal analysis: hearing, vision or other organ dysfunction; Damage to one's limbs or appearance; Other injuries that cause moderate harm to personal health include grade I and II minor injuries. Identification should follow the principle of seeking truth from facts, adhere to the primary injury directly caused by injury factors and the complications or sequelae caused by injury as the basis, comprehensive analysis and comprehensive identification.

Legal basis: Article 41 of the General Rules of Judicial Appraisal Procedure. After the judicial expertise opinion is issued, if any of the following circumstances is found, the judicial expertise institution may correct it:

(1) The image, spectrogram and chart are not clear;

(two) the signature, seal or serial number does not meet the production requirements;

(3) The written expression is flawed or misspelled, but it does not affect the judicial expertise.

The correction shall be made on the original judicial expert opinion, and shall be signed by at least one judicial expert. When necessary, supplementary written materials can be issued.

The correction of judicial expertise opinions shall not change the original intention of judicial expertise opinions.
