String bidding generally refers to enclosing bidding. Biding is a technical term for bidding, also known as collusive bidding. It refers to the means and behavior that several bidders agree to raise or lower the bid price, and make a stakeholder win the bid by restricting competition and crowding out other bidders in order to seek benefits.
The initiator of the bidding behavior is called the bidder, and the bidder who participates in the bidding behavior is called the bidder. Bidding is the product of the immature project bidding market developing to a certain stage. The bidding members reached an offensive and defensive alliance. Usually, in the whole bidding process, the bidder strictly abides by the requirements of the cooperation agreement between the two parties to ensure that the bidder can successfully win the bid and keep the whole bidding process confidential.
