Go to Minhou County Administration for Industry and Commerce to apply for the business license of individual industrial and commercial households with China Sports Lottery Sales License, Notice of Pre-approval of the name of individual industrial and commercial households, 2 originals and photocopies of the operator's ID card, one-inch photo (black and white and color) and proof of business place (i.e. valid property right certificate and lease agreement).
Legal basis: Article 21 A lottery agent shall meet the following conditions:
