Huanghua town, which belongs to Changsha County, Changsha City, Hunan Province, is located in the south-central part of Changsha County, in the middle of Changliu Basin and on the south bank of Laodao River. It is adjacent to chunhua town and Yong 'an Town of Liuyang City in the east, Huangxing Town in the south, Quantang and Xingsha Street in the west, Ansha Town and Guoyuan Town in the north, with a total area of 140.83 square kilometers.
