Article 4 Extradition between People's Republic of China (PRC) and foreign countries shall be conducted through diplomatic channels. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of People's Republic of China (PRC) is the designated liaison organ for extradition.
Where the extradition treaty has special provisions on the contact organs, such provisions shall prevail.
Article 7 The extradition request made by a foreign country to People's Republic of China (PRC) must meet the following conditions before extradition can be granted:
