It is sponsored by the legal theory publication "Citizen and Law" (Law Edition) and published by Henan Law Network.
Henan Province 18 provincial cities (Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Pingdingshan, Anyang, Hebi, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, Puyang, Xuchang, Luohe, Sanmenxia, Nanyang, Shangqiu, Xinyang, Zhoukou, Zhumadian and Jiyuan) and gongyi city, lankao county, Ruzhou, hua county, Changyuan, dengzhou city and Jiyuan have established law schools.
