The level of lawyers in China is divided into:

1. paralegal. The conditions for becoming a paralegal are:

Fifth, first-class lawyers. The following are the conditions for becoming a first-class lawyer:

1, worked as a second-class lawyer for more than five years and passed the foreign language examination for professional titles;

2. Graduated from law college, with 20 years of work experience, served as a second-class lawyer for more than five years, and passed the foreign language examination for professional titles;

3. Graduated from a law technical secondary school, worked for 25 years, served as a second-class lawyer for more than five years, and passed the foreign language examination for professional titles.

China's lawyer qualification examination is a national professional examination held by the state, which takes legal professional knowledge as the examination content and allows people with certain qualifications to apply for it. It aims to test the legal professional knowledge level of the participants and select legal professionals for the lawyer industry.

From 20 18, the national judicial examination was changed to the national legal professional qualification examination. The national lawyer qualification examination is held once a year, organized by the Ministry of Justice and implemented by the judicial administrative organs of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

The national lawyer qualification examination is generally held on the second weekend of September every year for two days, and four papers are tested respectively.

Class A: It is suitable for candidates who have registered for a bachelor's degree or above and have a test score of 360 or above. Grade A qualification certificate is common in China.

Class B: It is applicable to candidates who belong to areas with relaxed registration qualifications, who have registered for legal majors and whose test scores are 360 or above. As for those who have relaxed their registration conditions and obtained legal professional qualifications, they have obtained a bachelor's degree or above, and their choice of appointment and practice should be stipulated and mastered by the local court, procuratorate system and lawyer management department.

Class C: It is suitable for candidates with scores of 320-359 in areas with relaxed registration qualifications, and candidates who really need to use minority languages to take care of litigation in ethnic areas. This kind of personnel includes two situations: the registration degree is a college of law, bachelor degree or above.
