What do interns in law firms usually do?

First, write different types of files. Often help the parties to write complaints and applications (including application for enforcement, application for litigation preservation, application for court to obtain evidence, etc.). ), not only familiar with the format, but also familiar with the laws and regulations on which it is based, so that when they know what they are doing, they can easily write it out.

Second, during the internship, we should carefully understand every case that the guidance lawyer asked us to follow up. After the internship expires, we will organize an interview to see if it is qualified. At this time, we will choose some cases from our own follow-up cases to the interviewer, and the interviewer will ask questions to the candidates according to the cases. If you are not familiar with the case, the direct consequence is that the interview will not pass.

Third, write an internship diary every day as required.

Fourth, you need to know the legal knowledge involved in the case like casting a net during the internship, and you can understand the case only after accumulation.
